Privacy Policy.

Effective September 16, 2026. Please read this document carefully.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how V6 Studio ("V6 Studio," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data in connection with V6 Creative Studio at https://v6.studio (the "Service").

It should be read with the Terms of Use. By using the Service you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

V6 Studio is the operator of the Service. For privacy inquiries, contact legal@v6.studio.

Independent API, payment, email, authentication, hosting, and storage providers process data as described below. Those providers are separate organizations with their own notices.

3. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of the Service, and information from providers that help us operate it.

  • Account data: email address, display name, role, email-verification status, passkey credentials, and related authentication records.
  • Legal acceptance records: the version and hash of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted, your email at the time of acceptance, time, IP address, user agent, and a stored PDF copy of the agreement.
  • Project and media data: project names, canvas state, uploads, generation Inputs (including prompts and references), Outputs, thumbnails, and edit history.
  • Usage and billing data: generation runs, job status, Credit holds, charges, refunds, gift records, purchase identifiers, and subscription status. Payment card details are collected by the payment processor, not stored by V6 Studio as full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, device/passkey metadata, timestamps, diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service, and cookie or similar session identifiers.
  • Communications: emails we send you for sign-in and operational messages, and messages you send to our legal or support addresses.
  • Admin-only operational data: provider balance and routing information visible to administrators, not used to market to you.

4. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Create and authenticate accounts, including passwordless email links and passkeys.
  • Provide the canvas, storage, generation, sharing, Credits, and subscription features you request.
  • Transmit Inputs to API providers so they can return Outputs.
  • Enforce the Terms, including the NO MERCY minor-and-teen policy, prompt verification, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation.
  • Process payments, prevent duplicate Credit grants, and keep financial ledgers.
  • Record your legal agreement, including generating and storing the acceptance PDF.
  • Secure the Service, debug faults, and measure reliability.
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.
  • Communicate service-related notices.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar)

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); legitimate interests (securing the Service, preventing abuse, improving reliability, recording legal acceptance); consent where we ask for it; and legal obligation (recordkeeping, responding to lawful process, child-safety and CSAM-related duties).

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described in Section 10. Some processing is necessary for the Service; if you object, we may not be able to keep your account open.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to operate the Service or as described here:

  • AI and media API providers that receive prompts, references, and related parameters to perform generation. They may independently log or filter requests under their terms.
  • Cloud storage providers that host uploads, Outputs, and derived previews.
  • Email delivery providers that send sign-in links.
  • Payment processors that handle checkout, subscriptions, and customer-portal billing.
  • Authentication and infrastructure vendors that host the application and database.
  • People you share a project with, who can see media and canvas content according to the permission you grant.
  • Professional advisers, successors in a merger or acquisition, and authorities when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate, including in connection with prohibited content.

7. Third-party generation and the privacy boundary

V6 Studio is solely dependent on API providers' restrictions and rules.

When you run generation, the content of your request leaves V6 Studio systems and is processed by providers we do not control. Do not include information you are not willing to send to those providers. We cannot guarantee that a provider will delete their copies on your demand.

The browser uses public model aliases. Actual routing is performed on the server. Provider-specific operational documents are for operators and are not a promise that a particular provider will process a given request.

8. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses offered by providers.

9. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Generation history, financial ledger records, and legal-acceptance PDFs may be retained after a project is deleted or an account is closed, especially where required for accounting, dispute, safety, or legal purposes.

Legal agreement PDFs are evidence of contract formation and are kept for the duration of the relationship and a commercially reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

We may retain information related to NO MERCY or other policy violations for safety and to prevent repeat abuse.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, including private object storage, authenticated sessions, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for your devices, mailbox, and passkeys.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To make a request, email legal@v6.studio from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. We may decline requests where an exception applies, including where we must keep records of legal agreements, financial transactions, or safety investigations.

You can download a copy of your accepted legal agreement PDF from Account settings while your account remains open and the file remains available.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session integrity, security, and remembering appearance settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Service will not function without the authentication cookie.

13. Children and teenagers

The Service is not directed to children or teenagers. You must be at least 20 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20.

V6 Studio has a strict NO MERCY policy on any content generations with minors, teens, or any similar. Your account will be closed without notice.

If we learn that a person under the minimum age created an account, we will close it. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact legal@v6.studio.

14. Additional U.S. state disclosures

If a U.S. state privacy law applies, the categories of personal information we collect are listed in Section 3, and the purposes and recipients are listed in Sections 4 and 6. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined.

We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you. You may submit requests to know, delete, or correct as described in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date and document version identify the current text. Material changes may require a new in-product acceptance, which will be stored as a new PDF. The copy you accepted remains available for download from Account settings.
